Privacy Policy

• Order details: your name, company, email, phone number and shipping address, and the hats you order.
• Your artwork: logos and images you upload and text you type, plus the size and placement you choose.
• Account details, if you create an account: your email and a securely hashed password (we never see or store the password itself).
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive only confirmation that you paid.
• Technical information: like most sites, our hosting provider records basic request details such as IP address and browser type, and we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for a short time to block abuse such as repeated sign-in attempts.

• to make, ship and support your order, including proofs and order emails;
• to run your account and let you reorder logos without paying digitization again;
• to keep the site secure and prevent fraud; and
• to keep business and tax records as the law requires.

We don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them, and we don't use your artwork for advertising without your permission.

Only the services that help us run the shop, and only what each one needs:

• Printful makes and ships your hats, so it receives your artwork, the hats ordered, and your name, shipping address and phone number.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Resend sends our order, proof and account emails.
• Vercel hosts the site, and Supabase stores our database and uploaded files.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or others' safety, or as part of a sale of the business. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.

We use a few essential cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage to remember your cart and the logo you're working with. We don't use advertising or analytics trackers. Because we don't track you across sites, we treat browser “Do Not Track” signals the same as no signal.

We keep order records, including artwork, so you can reorder and so we can meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account and artwork at any time; we'll delete what we're not required to keep.

Email support@companyhats.com to see the information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws; we'll honor them, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

We use encrypted connections, store passwords only in hashed form, keep uploaded files in private storage, and limit who can access order information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Our site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
