Shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Orders ship in 9–12 business days. If you request a proof, add 1–2 business days for us to prepare it, and production starts once you approve it.
Returns and refunds
Every hat is embroidered to order with your logo, so all sales are final. We can't accept returns or give refunds. If you're unsure how your logo will look, request a proof at checkout.
