Company Hats

Custom hats for breweries, wineries and bars

Hats are some of the best-selling merch in taprooms and bars. Put your logo on dad hats, truckers or beanies and sell them at the bar, or outfit your staff in the same look.

Why breweries, wineries and bars wear branded hats

  • Merch that sells

Hats are an easy add-on purchase for regulars and visitors.

  • Staff look

A branded cap is a simple uniform for bartenders and servers.

  • Seasonal releases

Order small runs for new beers, anniversaries or events.

Hats that work well

Best styles: dad hats, trucker hats, beanies

Design ideas

  • A vintage-wash cap with your logo for a classic taproom look.
  • A new beer's label art in unlimited color embroidery.
  • Beanies as a winter release.

Upload your logo on any hat page to see it stitched right away, then use Quick layouts to add your company name below or beside it, or text on the back.

Questions, answered

Can I embroider a detailed, colorful logo?

Yes. Unlimited color embroidery keeps any number of colors and gradients. Very small details may be simplified so they stitch cleanly.

Is there a minimum for merch runs?

No minimum. Start small, then reorder the same logo without paying digitization again.

How much do custom embroidered hats cost?

Hats start at $17.99 each, and that price includes the hat embroidered with your logo and free shipping. The only extra is a one-time $6.50 digitization fee for a new front logo ($2.95 for a back or side logo), charged once per design, never per hat and never again on reorders.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single embroidered hat, or hundreds. Mix colors and sizes in the same order.

How long does it take to get custom hats?

Hats arrive at your door within 9–12 business days of ordering, shipping included. Every hat page and the cart show the exact date. If you ask for a proof first, add 1–2 business days plus the time it takes you to approve it.

What logo file do I need?

Any file you have works: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS. You can also just type your company name. The site checks your artwork for embroidery and shows a stitched preview on the hat right away; a vector file or a large PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest result.
